Born and raised in the area, Majid has called both sides of the state line home. Prior to earning his real estate license, he graduated from the University of Kansas and was involved in his family business in the construction industry. Being a lifelong resident and having a background in construction have helped Majid to excel in real estate.
Majid is very invested in staying current on industry trends, regulations, and education. In 2017 he completed UMKC’s REALTOR® Leadership Academy through the Henry H. Bloch School of Management.
Majid’s commitment to client satisfaction has resulted in several industry accolades. Majid is a Five Star Professional Award Winner (2012-2018) and was also a 2016 Featured Top Agent in Top Agent Magazine. Majid serves at the chair for YPN Kansas City, KCRAR’s Young Professionals Network. Majid supports local charitable foundations that provide for the needs of children and vets in our community, including Dream Factory of Kansas City, the Eric Berry Foundation, and Red, White, and Bluma.
Melody’s outgoing personality and caring demeanor recently led her to explore a career in real estate. Before joining Majid in real estate, Melody spent the past 20+ years dedicated to the healthcare industry, first as a nurse and more recently in health care leadership and management.
Through this experience, Melody developed solid business management skills that translate to her role as a real estate consultant. While Melody thrived in the business management side of healthcare, she was ready for an industry transition when a business development need presented within our growing team. In addition to working directly with our clients as a real estate consultant, Melody will also apply her business management experience to Ghavami Realty to support continued growth.
